This is an image I originally meant to process in black and white but then the colours got away from me and I decided colour was the way to go.

A challenging decision, to go with colour or b/w, I think monochrome would have the edge :)

colour sounds good! aloe vera? I'm thinking of buying a canon 1000D seeing as u use one, do you think it would be a good buy? and, how much did it set u back by?

@Shutterbug: Thank you for your nice comment. I don't think it's an aloe vera but it is a succulent. I'm not sure if I am the best person to give advice on cameras since this is my first DSLR but so far it's working out pretty well for me. I would, however, suggest buying a different lens than the one that comes with the camera because it's not very sharp. The camera with the lens came around 32k for me but it might be cheaper now.
